Dustin SEALE

Dustin Seale has been advising chairpeople, CEOs, and senior leaders for the past 30 years. Guided by his purpose to "create a world better led," he focuses on CEO and board advisory coaching and consulting, specifically on improving leadership and talent, and transforming organizations through culture. 


His experience spans a broad range of industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, banking, consumer goods, and technology. 


Over the years, Dustin has engaged with clients and led projects in more than 70 countries around the world. He is a widely recognized public speaker and has published numerous articles on leadership, talent, culture and transformation. He is known as an influencer in corporate Europe and beyond. 


Dustin began his career with Senn Delaney, a global consulting firm, becoming the youngest partner in the firm's history and managing partner for EMEA. He then joined Heidrick & Struggles to accelerate Senn Delaney's growth on a global platform. He has been managing partner for several firms' consulting practices, both regionally and globally. 


A graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, Dustin earned a bachelor's degree in prelaw and economics. Dustin lives in London with his wife and two sons. Her serves on the advisory board of Grassroots Soccer, a charity focused on improving the lives of young people across the African continent.

Ed Manfre is a trusted business leader, advisor and accredited executive coach (ACC) with two decades of experience helping CEOs and C-Suite leaders energize and align their organizations for success. He has served in both executive and commercial leadership roles as a business builder and people leader. At the age of 38, he became one of the youngest partners in his firm’s history.

Ed’s clients include members of Fortune’s “World’s Best Places to Work” and “World’s Most Admired Companies” lists. He has coached, advised and consulted broadly across industries, from startups to the Fortune 100, including energy, financial services, professional services, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical, technology, private equity and nonprofit.

A sought-after public speaker and Telly award-winning writer, Ed is a contributing author for the Forbes Human Resources Council, publishes frequent articles on leadership and company culture, and contributes as a board member to private and not-for-profit organizations positively impacting their communities.

Ed earned an MBA from the University of Southern California (Marshall) and an undergraduate degree in communications from IUP. As a USC international fellow, he earned a certificate on doing business in the European Union from WHU – Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management. He speaks English and German. Ed lives in Orange County, California with his wife and two children.
